    Capex Model

    Capex model is the most popular business model for solar deployment in India. In this method, as a consumer you have to purchase the solar system you wish to install by making a 100% payment upfront or by financing it, through a bank.

    Capex - CAPITAL EXPENDITURE MODEL

    This is a onetime investment solar model ideal for houses and small business where the power consumption is low.

    1. In case of Capex model you will provide us with the place where you want to install your solar power system.
    2. We will visit the site for inspection and create a blueprint based on your consumption requirement and site inspection.
    3. Once we finalize the blue print and the agreeable price of installation, we will start working on the project and hand you over your own power plant.

    The installation of the solar system using the Capex model allows you to generate electricity for the next 25 years, without the headache of monthly billing cycle for power consumption, while helping you save money.

    Opex Model

    Opex model is a solar power system installation model, mostly used for small businesses and industries in which you pay for the expenses of the electricity used and generated through the installed solar system.

    Opex - Operation Expenditure Model

    The Opex model is a recurring operation expenditure model for power usage generated by solar energy but at a much cheaper cost than regular power expenditure model.

    1.In case of Opex model you will provide us with the place for solar power system installation.
    2. We will visit the place for site inspection and create a blueprint based on the possible power generation model, which is possible to be installed in the allotted place. All expenses related to the solar power system installation in the allotted place will be borne by us.
    3. Once the installation process has been completed we will sign a medium to long term contract with you for the usage of the solar power system installed. You will only have to pay for the electricity generated and used by your business from the solar power system.

    The usage of the Opex model saves you large initial investment that you would have to make for making your own solar power system. On the other hand Opex model also help you save money on recurring power expenditure as well since you receive electricity at a discounted cost, which is much lesser than regular electricity tariff for businesses and industries.

    Open Access Model

    Open Access Model is a solar power arrangement majorly used by industries where power consumption is extremely high. In case of open access solar model we will build a solar power plant in a suitable site and contracts you a medium/long-term power purchase agreement at discounted rate.

    Open Access - A Neutral Power Grid For Energy Sharing

    The open access model is a solar power sharing network structure, of high power requirements where the solar power will be distributed to your business place via Discom.

    1. In the Open access model we will acquire the land with all necessary liaison and approvals required to set up the solar power plant.
    2. We will develop the project and set up structure that will provide power to your business via Discom.
    3. As a consumer all you would require to get into a long term contract with us for power supply at a discounted rate.

    This set up will save you large amount of money behind the power, since you will get the power supply at a discounted rate, further it will remove your hassle to set up your own power plant along with all other headaches like land acquiring, permission, approval etc.

    DMAN would like to invite our clients to partner with DMAN on Infrastructure projects on both domestic and international scale. For larger businesses and businesses having very little room to transform themselves to a carbon free entity, we offer carbon credit transfers under our special projects program. Carbon credits can be earned by reducing their own carbon footprint or by investing in solar farm projects and getting those credits transferred over to them. As of March 1st, 2023 reading, one (1) carbon credit is equivalent to reduction of carbon di oxide by one (1) ton from the atmosphere.
